Health by Intuition offers weekly intuitive healing sessions where you are guided into a deep meditative state. Your mind naturally slows down, your body enters a state of relaxation and repair, and your intuition can guide you now. We ask your intuition to guide you specific places in your body that could use your attention to heal/flow. You might uncover symbols of strength, energy/emotions that want to be released, and/or messages of inner wisdom here that teach you exactly what you need to know right now to let go and grow in the easiest and most graceful way possible. As you come out of the session, you will feel lighter and relaxed. The experience and wisdom you gain during sessions help you to better recognize your inner strength and trust more in yourself and life.
Intuitive coaching is a weekly session in which you work towards your life goals, guided by your inner wisdom and backed by your inner strength. Each session begins by touching base: where are you now, and where do you dream to be. Then Char guides you through exercises to connect with your intuition. While connected, you might use all of your senses to help you manifest your goal, fine-tune your vision, receive inner guidance, or identify and let go of blocks or limiting beliefs. Your inner wisdom will guide you on the path in line with your highest good every time. The process continues as you grow and address new challenges, all the while continuing to strengthen and trust your connection with your intuition.
Do you wish you could practice more mindfulness or meditation at home but can’t seem to figure how to do it with your family around? I was in this same boat when I became a mother, and it inspired me to develop personalized family meditations. The session is interactive for all members – even babies are included – and can be done while other things are happening around you (aka children). Based on your needs and the ages of your children, I develop a personalized meditative hour with activities of various durations that you learn during the session. I include a summary of our activities that you can use as a reminder to practice at any time after the session is over.

Reconnecting the link between your intuition and health
Did you know that your body has the innate ability to heal itself? I help to teach you to identify and trust your intuition to understand your body’s clues. Once you understand this, you can use your intuition to help heal yourself in mind, body, and spirit.
- I will teach you daily tools and guide you in meditations to help you understand and trust your intuition as a part of your process
- I use a number of tools (see below) to accomplish this; the tools vary depending on your individual needs
Identifying and letting go of underlying blocks that are holding you back
Do you have aches, pains or behavioral patterns that you just can’t seem to get rid of? In my experience, I have found energetic blocks and limiting belief systems to be at the root of pain, stresses, addictions, an other ailments. Releasing the stuck energy is an essential step to feeling better.
- I use exercises and/or medical intuition to uncover memories or feelings that are stuck in your energy field and contributing to blocks and limiting belief systems.
- Once the block has been identified, I work with you to release it as well as help you set up a plan to change the patterns that surround it.
Empowering you to choose healthy habits
Have you ever started a new healthy habit, felt really good about it, and then simply stopped do it? I think we all understand the frustrations of starting a new healthy change only to fall into old habits a few weeks later. I tackle this in three ways:
- I employ coaching techniques to assist in commitment and compliance with your goals. I also offer follow-up texts with you for accountability if you wish.
- I work with you to clear energetic blocks as they arise that keep you from attaining your goals.
- I work with you so that you make the decisions in designing your healthy habits plan – this lends to self-empowerment and sustainability
Strengthening energetic boundaries
Have you every walked into a room and felt your mood change? Do you know you are sensitive to other people’s emotions? Do you feel totally drained after talking to certain people? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you might want to consider strengthening your energetic boundaries. I have been working on strengthening my boundaries for years, and it has changed my life.
- I use a multifaceted approach to teach you energetic boundary wellness, which begins by clearing your energy field.
- I also teach you simple grounding techniques and visualizations for you to practice on a daily basis to build stronger boundaries so that you aren’t as affected by other people’s energy.

Mind mapping is a tool commonly used in life coaching that allows us to explore where you are and where you want to be in a certain aspect of your life. I use findings from the mind mapping to create a plan of action with you, which may include any of the other tools described on my website.
Grounding is an essential tool for every human being on Earth. We all do it, all the time, to varying degrees. It allows us to stay present and in the moment, it connects us to powerful Earth energies. Increasing your grounded-ness can help to alleviate fear and anxiety, assist in manifesting, decrease a sense of dependence on others, and increase awareness, among other things.
The guided meditations I use may be more focused on breath and presence (similar to mindfulness), or they may be more active – including visualizations of scenes, flows of energy, positive emotions, etc. This is determined based on your needs during each visit. I will record guided meditations used in visits so you can replay them at home.
Creative visualization is a very powerful tool for manifesting. It may be similar to some guided meditations. It entails visualizing yourself achieving a goal that you have and includes all five senses. I record guided creative visualizations that we do during the visit so you can replay them at home.
Chord clearing is a relatively simple and quick process that can have long-lasting effects. Chords, in this context, are energetic chords that connect people to other people, places and/or events. I clear these chords, which breaks the connection so that energy cannot be pulled to/from the other side. This allows you to be more present and unaffected by others at any given moment.
Most sessions will generally include a form of energy transfer. For energy transfer, I act as a conduit, allowing energy to flow through me to you, and sometimes my intuition leads me to call upon the energy to flow to you directly. This may include reiki and/or it may include other high vibrational energies that are channeled through me. I can do this in silence or during meditations/visualizations, with gentle touch or distance. Your preferences, my intuition, and source guidance determine which we use, if any.

Guided Energetic Meditations
Are you interested in group meditation and exploring the energy in and around you? The guided group meditation for adults that I offer begins with connecting with the body and breath (e.g. Vipassana style). Once we begin to center our focus, I guide you on journey to more deeply connect with self, the earth, and beyond using visualizations and body sensations. Meditations are different each time and may involve imagining we can root into the ground like a tree, looking at the body from the perspective of a compassionate observer, or visualizing energy running through our body, amongst others.
